◆External Setting Function Keys: N1，N2 (for setting electronic clock)
N1 for display selection of month, date, hour and minute; N2 for adjustment, the display number adding one each time it is pressed. The way to adjust time is the same to common electronic clock. Press the clock function, press N1, the indicator displays time (hour and minute) when it is not measuring (not connected with probe). Press N1 again, the indicator displays month, at the same time, the display number adding one each time N2 is pressed. Press N1 once more, the indicator displays hour, at the same time, the display number adding one each time N2 is pressed (the decimal point on top left indicate p.m). Press N1 once more, the indicator displays hour minute, at the same time, the display number adding one each time N2 is pressed. And press N1 once more, the instrument displays the adjusted time, at this time when the thermocouple is connected or the input end of the short circuit instrument automatically shifts into temperature measurement program, it displays the standby mode.
◆Internal Setting Wire Jumper S2 (select wire jumper according to fast temperature / continuous temperature measurement)
Rapid temperature measurement is used for measurement in molten metal by temperature indicator and fast thermocouple. The indicator automatically displays the status of thermocouple, calculates digital filtering and average value on the bases of judging the temperature platform automatically within its measurement ranges, compensates cold junction, calibrates full scale and amends null point and drifting automatically. The indicator also keeps the temperature balance value on the screen until a new thermocouple is mounted. Electroacoustic implement warns the conclusion of temperature measurement, printer automatically print the time and temperature value and output according to the demand.
Continuous temperature measurement is used for measurement by continuous temperature thermocouple. After filtering the fluctuation of input potential, the indicator displays the corresponding temperature value which is not remained after removing the thermocouple, "--" is displayed.
Note: The factory default is fast temperature measurement. If you need continuous temperature measurement, please disconnect the power, open the cover, find the icon of "continuous / fast", and move the jumper from the "fast" position to the "continuous" location. (As shown below)
